Causes of sleep problems
Inadequate sleep duration and quality is a common health issue for many adults.
A number of factors have the power to influence sleep cycles, including physical factors and injuries, mental health conditions, lifestyle habits and environmental causes, such as exposure to light or noise.
Symptoms associated with sleep problems
Daytime tiredness is one of the most common symptoms associated with inadequate sleep, however there are additional factors that can negatively impact your daily life.
If left untreated, sleeping problems can cause serious issues, such as impaired cognitive function, reduced quality of life, and a higher risk of developing health conditions.
