UTI Treatment FAQs

Who is most at risk of a UTI?

Individuals who are most at risk of UTIs include women, sexually active individuals, those with a history of UTIs, older adults, people with urinary tract abnormalities or obstructions, individuals with weakened immune systems, and individuals using certain types of catheters.

How are UTIs diagnosed?

When checking for a UTI diagnosis, your doctor will ask about your symptoms, examine you, and collect a midstream urine sample. This helps avoid bacteria from nearby areas like the urethra, vagina, anus, groin, and hands that could contaminate the test.

Can UTIs be prevented?

For some people, a UTI can happen once and go away with UTI treatment. But for others, UTIs may come back and become harder to deal with. Recurrent UTIs can have various causes, and certain factors like sexual activity, condom use, hormonal deficiency, diabetes, kidney stones, incontinence, weakened pelvic floor, and urinary tract problems can increase the risk of getting infected again.

How fast will treatment be delivered, and how is it packaged?

Your treatment will be shipped with express delivery. It should arrive to you within 1-3 days. Your product is shipped in an Australia Post package, which means it will be completely discreet.
