Can my medical certificate be backdated?
No, unfortunately we are unable to backdate medical certificates but you can request a certificate for the current day.
When will I receive my Medical Certificate?

Can I have a refund on my medical certificate?
Yes, you will be entitled to a full refund if your medical certificate isn’t approved by one of our doctors.
