Where do I find my token?
To locate your token, open the e-script link you received via text or email from My Weight Loss Clinic. Once opened, select the blue button on the screen to use your token.
What about my medication repeats?
We’ve got you covered! You will receive notifications when your repeats are due, so you can simply login to hub.health when it is convenient for you and purchase your medications. They’ll be delivered direct to your door in discreet packaging.
How long does it take for my weight loss medications to arrive?
Once you’ve approved and paid for your preferred medication, our pharmacist will organise fast and discreet delivery. You should receive your medication within 1-3 days, depending on your delivery location.
What happens if I’m not home when my prescription medication is delivered?
If you are not home when your medication is delivered, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place, if there is one. If they can’t find anywhere safe to leave it, it will be left at the closest collection point.
