hub.health – Price Match Offer Terms & Conditions
1. Price Match Overview
hub.health offers a Price Match Guarantee on eligible competing programs.
If you find a lower price on an eligible competing program, we’ll match it.
2. What Qualifies for a Price Match
To be eligible, the competing program must meet all of the following criteria:
- Offer unlimited clinician consultations
- Include an online treatment or support program
- Include treatment and medication (where clinically appropriate)
- Include delivery of treatment
- Pricing be offered on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in contracts
- Be available to Australian residents
- Be currently advertised and publicly available at the time of request
The competing offer must be genuinely comparable in scope and inclusions.
3. What Does Not Qualify
Price matches will not be offered for programs that:
- Require minimum commitments or lock-in periods
- Limit the number of consultations
- Exclude treatment, medication, or delivery
- Are bundled with unrelated services or products
- Are no longer available at the time of review
4. How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, you must:
- Email [email protected] before starting treatment or entering a billing cycle; and
- Provide a direct link or written evidence of the competing offer, including pricing and inclusions.
All price match requests are subject to verification by hub.health.
5. Price Match Application
If approved, the matched price will apply to your monthly program fees only while the competing offer remains available and unchanged.
Price matches will not be applied retrospectively to payments made before the date of approval by hub.health.
6. Clinical Discretion
All treatment decisions remain subject to clinical suitability and practitioner discretion. Approval of a price match does not guarantee eligibility for or ongoing treatment.
7. Final Determination
hub.health reserves the right to make the final determination on:
- Whether a competing program meets the eligibility criteria contained in these terms
- Whether a price match is approved
- The duration and scope of any approved price match
